It depends on your definition of big. The C5 has an internal volume greater than 747, but its maximum takeoff weight of less than one (747-400 to 747-400 EUR 875,000, against 840,000 for C5).
For the record, the 747 was originally designed as a rival for the C5, it is a military cargo plane. Since Boeing is not the contract has been decided to convert your project to a large passenger aircraft.

The maximum takeoff weight of the A380 is £ 1,200,000

You mean a C-5 Galaxy
The A380 is just 7 feet shorter than the C-5, but the A380 has a wingspan of 40 meters and is 14 feet higher than the C-5. A380 9200 is the square of the wing compared to only 6100 square meters for the C-5. Call the A380, the largest. 747, to third place.

C-5
* Crew: 8 typical (driver, pilot, copilot, two flight engineers, three riggers)
At least 4 (pilot, copilot, two flight engineers)

I can not give you the dimension from the top of my head, but I flew over the top SAM28000 (Air Force 1, unless the president is on board) and a C-5 Galaxy was parked next to another. The C-5 is much bigger!
